My name is Roxanne Ducharme, a French-Canadian illustrator, animator, and filmmaker based in Panama. An Emmy® Award winner, I blend four decades of traditional film animation experience with cutting-edge generative tools to create surreal, poetic, and visually striking narratives. Over the years, my career has taken me around the globe, contributing to feature films, documentaries, television series, video games, and advertising. I have worked in a wide range of roles — animator, art director, director, concept artist, animation supervisor, storyboard artist, layout artist, and character designer. My credits include Steven Spielberg’s An American Tail II: Fievel Goes West, the Oscar-nominated short The Village, and the Emmy® Award-winning series Arthur. My illustrations have also appeared in animated segments for the Science Channel, Discovery Channel, and National Geographic.
