The idea behind this film isn't very deep, but it is meaningful. This was made with KLING. At the time, no one had it and other than SORA, no one had that level of fidelity on shots, so I wanted to test it out and see what it could do with some physics, human and real world. This idea came from a dream actually. I have this weird recurring dream sometimes, where I am paralyzed but flying, this is basically my real-world visualization of that, haha. Enjoy.

On a whim I typed “Donald Trump as Tony Manero in the movie Saturday Night Fever” into Midjourney. The hilarious image I got back inspired me to create a series of images of Donald Trump in a 1977 disco movie. The alternate Universe story of the 45th President of the United States leaving politics after his defeat in the 2020 election and opening a disco, tumbled out from there. It started sounding like a story Donald would tell about himself - how he opened a disco and it was the hottest spot in town until corrupt city officials tried to sabotage him. The madcap premise gave me an opportunity to push this new medium of AI-generated filmmaking and create something unlike anything I’d done before.
