LYSARA, The Queen of Crystal Wings, is a 5 minute AI-animated fantasy short film. In a frozen kingdom hidden inside a pinecone beneath the aurora borealis, Queen Lysara rules with wings of crystal, too beautiful and too heavy to fly. Each winter she watches the sky creatures rise without her to weave the Midnight Veil, a tapestry of stars that carries dreams to the sleeping world. After every remedy fails, she descends to the edge of her kingdom and surrenders. When a dying creature arrives carrying a dream about broken wings, Lysara makes a choice that costs her the most beautiful thing she owns, and gives her kingdom its first breath.
A poetic fable about the alchemy of surrender, and the discovery that what holds us down may be the very thing we were meant to give away.

France, 1944. In the muddy trenches of the Ardennes, a young French soldier receives a package from Paris. Inside: a silk scarf and a love letter from the woman waiting for him. As he reads her words, Paris comes alive through his imagination, she walks the liberated streets of Montmartre, dances beneath the Eiffel Tower, her scarf catching the wind. He presses the scarf to his face and closes his eyes. The war disappears. Only her voice remains.
60 years later, an old man opens his eyes in a warm salon. The same scarf is in his hands.
He walks to the fireplace. On the mantle: an urn, a dried rose, her photograph, still laughing, still wearing the scarf. He breathes it in one final time. Places it beside her. And leaves the room.
DIA PRESENCE is a cinematic perfume film about the things time cannot take. A love story told across eight decades through a single object, and the fragrance it never let go.

Inspired by the myth of the water spirit, the film follows L'Ondine through ancient rivers, sacred springs, and the depths of a mythological underwater world. Shot entirely with AI filmmaking tools, the project blends poetic visual storytelling with luxury brand aesthetics. The original version was selected for AI artist galleries. This v2 remake revisits the same script and soundtrack 18 months later, using significantly evolved tools and craft, a testament to how far AI filmmaking has come, and proof that storytelling was always the foundation

DIA is a 70-second high-end commercial that explores the duality of identity within a cinematic, luxury environment. Set against the backdrop of a grand marble foyer, the film follows a protagonist through a series of shifting personas, from the mystery of a dark trench coat to the elegance of a white silk ensemble. While her world and appearance evolve, the DIA bag remains the unwavering anchor, embodying the brand’s core philosophy: "The constant in your change".
On the technical level: Applying years of post-production expertise to the AI landscape, this project was designed to move beyond basic prompting and into professional filmmaking. The workflow focused on three primary challenges:
-Asset Consistency: Utilizing the latest locking features in FLORA to maintain the identical geometry and hardware of the DIA bag across more than different lighting and environment setups.
-Complex Physics: Executing the mirror reflection with identity-swap transition and "liquid mirror" that required a strategic blend of AI generation and traditional compositing logic to solve the reflection physics.
Realism & Look Dev: Leveraging Seedance 1.5 Pro for high-fidelity skin textures and "baking" the color grade into the generation phase to ensure a unified, premium aesthetic.
Sound Design: The film features a custom-scored soundtrack by Suno and lyrics generated specifically to mirror the visual narrative, ensuring that audio remains 50% of the immersive experience.

The idea came from a simple observation: children (and adults) are increasingly using AI assistants for everyday tasks; homework, recipes, advice, even emotional support. They quickly learn that “please” and “thank you” aren’t necessary to get the answers they want. This lack of courtesy then spills into real life, where politeness and empathy still matter. We wanted to raise awareness of this subtle behavioral shift through a short, impactful film.
The 45-second spec ad, “Ordering AI is fine. Ordering people isn’t,” highlights how AI is subtly changing human behavior and reminds us of the importance of kindness in real-life interactions.
The film was created fully with AI. We approached it like a traditional production, with a director/writer, AI lead, editor, lighting consultant, colorist, and sound designer. Instead of leaning into “easier” AI genres like sci-fi or fantasy, we chose the hardest challenge: real people, real emotions, real reactions, real skin.
